Thanks to all the sunshine coming in my windows, I woke up bright and early this morning. I ate my usual oatmeal, then got my butt to the gym. I ended up doing some intervals on the elliptical for a sweaty 30 minute workout.

Thanks to all the sunshine coming in my windows, I woke up bright and early this morning. I ate my usual oatmeal, then got my butt to the gym. I ended up doing some intervals on the elliptical for a sweaty 30 minute workout.
