WIAW- Ice Cream For Dinner

Can anyone else believe it is June 5th already?! Only one more day until my birthday, but who's counting? Oh right just me :)

I don't have a typical What I Ate Wed post for ya all since my meals have been all over the place lately. But I guess that's a good thing since this month's theme is all about snacking. That's just what I've been doing!

Lots of mini meals have been happening this week, which is perfect since I love all types of food.

Don't laugh but I'm a huge fan of bologna! Haven't had it in years and it looked so good the other night.

Doggie Ice Cream

Oh man it's Thursday already? Yesterday just about flew by for me over here. Lots of errands done and things checked off my to-do list.

Lets backtrack a little??

Even though it was my first day of spring break, my alarm went off super early. Early morning was the only chance I would get a workout in even though all I wanted to do was sleep. I ended up eating a Quest bar before hitting the gym for a chest & back workout.

Totally Normal

Eating healthy at school can be a challenge. Add being gluten free to the mix and that challenge gets even harder. For yesterday's portable lunch I kept it pretty simple. I added tuna for protein, mango cottage cheese (a new flavor that is delishhh!!), two rice cakes, and an apple. Can't forget my lemon water! I've been doing really well with my goal to drink more water and pee 439,534,048 times a day!

Some Eye Candy For Your Tuesday

Is it Tuesday already?! What happened to Monday? This week is flying by for me and I'm at home doing nothing. Since I wont be getting any workouts in this week. Here is some extra gym motivation for y'all.

Ohhhhhhh Ryan Gosling. No other words needed.

One of my goals as of lately has been to drink more water with lemon in it. Clear skin, helps with digestion, and boosts immunity? Count me in!

Before I knew it, it was lunch time. I swear checking my email, showering, and getting ready takes me a really long long time.

Lunch ended up being a salad beast covered with tuna, almonds, raisins, carrots, my favorite balsamic dressing, and whatever else was lying around.

Yesterday's dinner was oh so delicious.

I wanted something quick and easy, but still filling. I decided on Campbell's Skillet sauces: the Chicken Marsala one.

Some green veggies got added to the mix too. YUM.

Effects of Lemon Water

Are you a Ryan Gosling fan, if not who's your favorite actor?

Do you drink lemon water?

What is your go to meal when you are feeling lazy and don't want to cook?

Have a great day!
