Eating healthy at school can be a challenge. Add being gluten free to the mix and that challenge gets even harder. For yesterday's portable lunch I kept it pretty simple. I added tuna for protein, mango cottage cheese (a new flavor that is delishhh!!), two rice cakes, and an apple. Can't forget my lemon water! I've been doing really well with my goal to drink more water and pee 439,534,048 times a day!
After class I headed to the gym for some chest and back training. I love upper body strength training, and it felt good to move after sitting in a desk all day. I came home and completely devoured one of my protein muffins.
Instagram already saw that the other day was very sad. I ran out of ketchup. To be honest, this hasn't happened in over a year. I freakin' buy up the whole shelf of ketchup just so this doesn't happen. I am going to be so sad when the competition diet starts and I have to say goodbye to this food group.
So far the boyfriend and I are planning on heading to restorative yoga tonight. I'm so looking forward to just lying there hehe. The rest of the weekend has a lot on the agenda, so let's hope it's a good one!
