Today I planned on telling you all about the really cool festive fourth of July dessert I made the other night. The only problem it was a total flop.
I followed this recipe exactly for raspberry lemonade ice pops. Originally I thought I would use raspberries and blueberries to make them red, white, and blue. They're cute right?!
Yesterday morning I woke up too late for spin. I have to have enough time to eat breakfast and digest it for a good hour before I workout. So sine that didn't happen I decided to hit up the treadmill. I did Julie's 55 minute treadmill incline walk/run workout.
The only parts I changed were instead of running in the middle (I was in one of those I hate running moods) I did speed walking. And I did 45 minutes instead of 55. Just because it is a walking workout, don't let that fool you. Incline walking is no joke! My arms were covered in sweat by the time I was done.
Today is leg day, wish me luck haha!
